General conditions

All terms are per house and day without catering.

All rates are quoted per house per day and include exclusive use of the booked Chalet, two parking spots in our garage, exclusive use of the SPA in the chalet and also the free use of WiFi-Internet access.


Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, we will charge the following charges.
More than 3 months prior to arrival - free of charges
3 months to 1 month before arrival - 40% of booked value
1 month to 1 week before arrival - 70% of booked value
In the last week before arrival - 90% of booked value
In case of early departure or late arrival we will calculate the full rate.

With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered.

Tourist Tax:
Starting from 01/01/2018 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax* amounting to € 3,70 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
* mandatory tourist tax as required by law (legge provinciale del 16/05/2012, n. 9)

Online payment and travel cancellation insurance:
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time. We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
